For returns of products that were sent by freight forwarder , as dangerous goods or bulky goods , please use the following return request form.
This applies in particular to articles of the brands EcoFlow , Votronic , Victron Energy , Bluetti and other manufacturers.

Our service team will review your request and then inform you about the process, pickup, or return shipment.
Please do not return any goods without prior consultation to ensure proper processing and safe transport.
