1. General information

Defective items and manufacturing defects
If you experience any issues with an item, you can request a return in your customer account and describe your situation to us. Please note that a separate form must be completed for different or multiple items.
Your statutory warranty rights (§ 437 BGB) remain unaffected by this procedure.

Warranty check
If your product is defective and you believe it is due to a product or manufacturing defect, we will check whether it falls within the warranty period and conditions. If the inspection reveals that there is no defect and neither a warranty nor a guarantee claim applies, we reserve the right to charge a flat-rate inspection fee of €25.00 per item returned.

Changes made
If you have made any modifications to your product (e.g. shortened or cut the power cable, opened the device), this may void your warranty.
However, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected if the defect exists regardless of the modification made.

2. Free exchange

Incorrect delivery and defects
Within the statutory warranty period, you can request a return shipping label for a confirmed defect or incorrect delivery via our portal. Returns are free of charge in these cases. This free shipping applies if our inspection confirms that a defect or incorrect delivery exists.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered as a single order;
  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods, provided

  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last item

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no event will

You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel, as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Grounds for exclusion or expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

  • for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
  • for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
