The SOLARA Power M series solar modules are specially designed for maritime use on boats, yachts, buoys, and lifeboats. These power modules consist of high-performance crystalline cells and, thanks to their robust and impact-resistant (no glass) construction, are particularly suitable for curved boat decks.

This is the version with the cable outlet on the front of the solar module.

The SOLARA Power M series consists of 34 high-performance crystalline cells. They deliver high performance even in diffused light and during low-light months. Each solar module is individually tested for functional reliability, weather resistance, and durability. They are equipped with a UV/ozone-resistant solar connection cable, a seawater-tight cable outlet, and pre-drilled mounting holes. The modules are walkable, seawater-resistant, and weather-resistant, ensuring a constant supply of power on board.

Due to their versatility, the M-series solar modules can be mounted on over 90% of existing deck curvatures!

For bonding, we recommend Dekasyl MS-5 or Sikaflex adhesive, both of which you can find in our shop under Installation .

Further information
In addition to a 12V battery, you also need a charge controller to prevent the current supply and thus overcharging or potentially deep discharging the battery. This also ensures an optimal charging voltage and provides the necessary reverse current protection at night.
