We regret that you are experiencing difficulties with your item. Please complete the form below to submit your case. Please note that you must complete a separate form for each item, whether it is different from the previous one or multiple items.
Please note: If your product is defective and you believe this is due to a product or manufacturing defect, we will gladly check whether it is covered by the warranty period and conditions. Should the inspection reveal that there is no defect, we reserve the right to charge you an inspection fee of €25 per item claimed .
Free replacement in case of incorrect delivery or defects
Should a defect occur in one of your items within the statutory warranty period, or should you receive an incorrect delivery, you can request a return shipping label via this portal.
Returns are of course free in these cases. Whether this applies to your return will be confirmed after a review.
Please note:
The returns portal is a voluntary service provided by solarkontor.de
Both the right of withdrawal and the warranty period remain unaffected. Using the returns portal is not necessary for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal can also be exercised in any other way by means of an explicit declaration. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer in the event of a withdrawal.
