EcoFlow STREAM series explained: How the smart balcony power plant with storage works

The EcoFlow STREAM series is a well-thought-out complete system and consists of the following components:

EcoFlow STREAM microinverter (800 W)

The STREAM microinverter connects your solar panels directly to the home grid and converts the generated direct current (DC) into usable alternating current (AC). Thanks to its two PV inputs, each capable of handling up to 600 W, it can accommodate a combined input capacity of up to 1200 W. With an output power of 800 W and an impressively low starting power of just 3 W, it operates particularly efficiently – even in weak sunlight. This makes it the ideal choice for continuous use throughout the day, even under less than optimal lighting conditions.

The AC Pro is a fully AC-coupled storage solution that's particularly well-suited for retrofitting existing balcony power systems. It boasts maximum compatibility and can be operated with virtually all commercially available microinverters. The major advantage: Installation is straightforward, requiring neither intervention in the solar system nor special technical knowledge. The system automatically detects your consumption patterns and adapts to your individual needs through intelligent storage and discharge processes.
