Become independent from the public power grid – with the TwinPeak off-grid inverter!
The new voltage converter from the TwinPeak series is a compact combination device that combines a variety of functions in one device:
- Pure sine wave inverter for solar off-grid systems
- Battery charger
- Solar charge controller
- Shore power connection
The TwinPeak is the ideal solution for creating a fully functional solar off-grid system: By connecting PV modules (maximum 1500 Wp), the connected battery can be charged anytime and anywhere.
In addition to reliably operating 24 V DC devices, this powerful combination device also allows you to connect 230 V AC devices. It generates a pure sine wave voltage to power your home devices.
The device is rounded off by the shore power connection: This allows you to feed energy into your self-sufficient system from an external source, such as a grid connection. The TwinPeak is particularly suitable for small off-grid solar systems in remote cabins or small garden houses that are intended to operate off-grid.
Important!: It is not suitable for campers or boats. It must not be installed in vehicles!
The TwinPeak device features the following :
- Powerful stand-alone inverter: sine wave inverter, solar charge controller, battery charger in one

- Powerful 60 A MPPT solar charge controller integrated: Connect solar cells with up to 1500 Wp power

- Shore power connection: if required, power can be fed in from the grid (transfer switch with 10 ms switching time integrated)
- A wide range of settings: priorities, power saving mode, etc. Almost all parameters can be freely adjusted. Further information can be found in the manual.

MPPT charge controller: maximum power output guaranteed
Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology allows you to charge your battery even faster and maximize the use of your solar system. The intelligent controller algorithm determines the point of maximum power output several times per second, which constantly fluctuates due to external conditions such as temperature and solar radiation. Compared to simpler series controllers, this allows for a 10%–30% higher charging current. The integrated charging curve, using a four-stage IUoUo charging characteristic, ensures that the batteries are charged with the optimal voltage and current at all times. The charging curve parameters can be flexibly adjusted, making it possible to charge lithium-ion batteries as well as lead-acid batteries.
Reliable battery charger
Charge your battery gently and reliably with the integrated battery charger. An external 230 V AC system can be used as a power source. The integrated automatic charging system always charges with optimal current and voltage values depending on the battery charge level, ensured by a reliable charging characteristic. The 30 A charging current ensures that the batteries are fully recharged quickly. Of particular note is the ability to charge both lead-acid batteries and the new lithium-ion batteries.
Pure sine wave voltage for high demands
The TwinPeak converts the battery's 24 V direct current (DC) into a clean, quartz-precise sine wave voltage of 230 V and 50 Hz. This allows devices to be operated from home or on the go. With an output power of 3.0 kW, many high-performance devices such as espresso machines, chargers, household appliances such as mixers or hand blenders, refrigerators, or computers can be conveniently operated. Inductive loads such as stereo systems or televisions can also be reliably connected. A peak current of twice the rated current can be drawn for a short time (1 s). This means that even the high starting current of some devices is not a problem. The integrated deep discharge protection monitors the battery's charge level and automatically switches off the devices when the battery capacity is running low and further energy consumption would damage the battery.
External 230 V connection
If the energy from the solar system isn't sufficient, the batteries can also be charged via the external connection. Simply feed shore power into your batteries. Intelligent microprocessor electronics ensure that the batteries are always operating at optimal levels. Overcharging is impossible, as the batteries are constantly monitored.
The integrated transfer switch (10 ms transfer time) ensures uninterrupted operation of the loads. The input voltage and frequency range can be flexibly selected, enabling worldwide operation.
Variety of setting options
The combination device features a backlit LCD display. It displays status information about the off-grid solar system at any time, such as the current battery voltage, the connected load, PV current and voltage, and much more. Of course, it's also possible to read the battery charge level or receive a precise error message in the unlikely event of a fault. The virtually unlimited configuration options are also practical: Almost all electrical parameters can be freely adjusted. A charging current limit or the voltages during the various charging phases can be adjusted as needed.
Comfortable all-rounder
The device features a temperature- and load-controlled ventilation system, ensuring minimal noise. Overtemperature, overload, and short-circuit protection ensure safe operation even in the event of a malfunction. Combining multiple functions in one device eliminates cluttered cables and minimizes installation effort. UPS operation for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is also possible. The built-in potential-free contact enables automatic generator start-up or can act as an alarm contact in the event of a low battery charge.

Important note on the switch-off threshold voltage of the TwinPeak
After commissioning your TwinPeak inverter, it is imperative that you correctly set the cutoff threshold voltage (also called "low DC cutoff voltage") in the menu to the battery type used. This is the only way to ensure reliable and safe operation.
How to find the right value:
Please refer to the enclosed data sheet for the appropriate cut-off voltage. This specifies the recommended limit, which must be strictly adhered to. The correct setting is crucial for efficient and long-lasting use of your system.
