Ideal for improving adhesion on a variety of surfaces
Sika Aktivator-205 is a solvent-based, colorless, clear bonding agent that reacts with moisture to leave adhesion-active compounds on the surface. These act as a bonding agent between the substrate and the primer or adhesive. Sika Aktivator-205 was specifically developed for the pretreatment of bonding surfaces in combination with Sikaflex and Sikasil adhesives/sealants.
