The Multiplus 48/3000/35 from Victron is a combination of a 2400 W sine wave inverter and a 48 V battery charger. The smart integrated battery charger delivers an impressive 35 A, allowing batteries to be charged extremely quickly when shore/mains power is available. The Multiplus's integrated sine wave voltage converter transforms the 48 V direct current from the battery into 230 V alternating current. Thanks to the true sine wave, the voltage quality is perfect even for sensitive electronic devices.

Versatile use

The MultiPlus is a powerful pure sine wave inverter, an advanced battery charger utilizing adaptive charging technology, and a high-speed AC transfer switch all in a single compact package. Models are available ranging from 800 VA to 5000 VA per module.

Unique PowerAssist feature

The MultiPlus prevents overloading a limited AC power source. First, it automatically reduces battery charging to protect against overload. Next, it boosts the power of a generator or shore power supply with energy from the battery.

Uninterruptible alternating current (UPS function)

In the event of a grid failure or an interruption to the shore power or on-board generator, the Multi's inverter automatically switches on and takes over powering the connected appliances. The switchover occurs so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic devices is ensured.

Virtually unlimited power through parallel connection

Up to six Multis can be connected in parallel for high power requirements. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please refer to our data sheets to find out which models are suitable for parallel, three-phase, and split-phase operation.

On-site monitoring and control

Several options are available: Battery monitor, Multi Control Panel, Ve.Net Blue Power Panel, Color Control Panel, smartphone or tablet (Bluetooth Smart), laptop or computer (USB or RS232).

Remote monitoring and control

If systems with a Color Control Panel are connected to the Ethernet, they can be accessed and settings can be changed remotely.

Remote configuration:

Victron Ethernet Remote, Venus GX, and the Color Control Panel. Data can be saved and viewed free of charge on the VRM (Victron Remote Management) website.
