Ultra-fast MPPT tracking
Especially under overcast skies, when the light intensity is constantly changing, the super-fast MPPT algorithm improves energy yield by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.
Advanced maximum power point detection for partial shading. In the case of partial shading, two or more maximum power points (MPP) may be present on the current-voltage curve.
Conventional MPPTs tend to adjust to a local MPP, but this may not be the optimal MPP. The innovative algorithm of the SmartSolar device will always maximize energy yield by adjusting to the optimal MPP.

A Bluetooth-enabled smartphone can display a wide range of live data. This wireless solution allows you to set up, monitor, and update the controller using Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, or other devices.
In contrast to the BlueSolar controllers, the Bluetooth interface is already built in, so no additional accessories need to be purchased.
Intelligent battery management with the BatteryLife algorithm
The BatteryLife algorithm monitors the battery charge level and slightly increases the threshold for switching off the load daily until the constant voltage is reached
From this point on, the threshold for switching off the load is modulated so that the constant voltage is reached approximately once a week.
The BatteryLife algorithm will increase the operating life of the battery compared to conventional battery algorithms that always switch between “partially charged” and “fully charged” (due to low self-discharge)
Load output
Overcharging of the battery can be prevented by connecting all loads to the load output.
The load output disconnects the loads when the battery has been discharged to a specified voltage level. Alternatively, an algorithm for intelligent battery management can be selected. The load output is short-circuit-proof.
